Company: Ganga Flour Mill Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Lawrence Road Industrial Area, New Delhi-110035, Delhi, India Experience: 3 to 6 years (females only) CTC: 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month Overview: Ganga Flour Mill is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall experience with our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software tools, particularly MS Office, Excel, and advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP. Responsibilities 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and ensure timely resolution. 3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. 6. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement. 7. Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and other relevant metrics. 8. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 9. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers. 10. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. 7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. 9. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 10. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in the Delhi area is a plus.
