Job Description:

A. Key Purpose (Position Summary) The position is responsible for revenue and subscriptions for the MedAce, which is an early-stage medical Ed-tech product at MaGE. This will involve delivering revenue targets through learner acquisitions through B2C, B2I and other channels. The incumbent will be responsible for growing the MedAce network in the assigned set of Medical Colleges. B. Key Accountabilities, Performance Areas  Achieve sales goals for a specific region by doing college activities, appointing Channel Partners and Campus Ambassadors.  Formulate strategic plans to grow the company’s revenues, market share and profitability.  Identify, study and implement various partnership and collaboration opportunities.  Designing and executing marketing strategies to increase leads, sales and profitability.  Accountable for deriving maximum efficiency / reach / learners from Marketing Budget.  Track market trends, consumer behaviour / competition movements.  Nurturing the team of Business Development Managers/Executives/Interns (as and when assigned) and train them to achieve their key responsibilities. C. Key Tasks & Responsibilities This role is a mix of B2C (Retail Sales) and B2B2C (Institutional Sales) and the position is responsible for Customer Acquisition & Revenue Generation through both the channels. This role requires visiting the market on a daily basis as per the detailed travel plan. Key responsibilities are as :  Build and Drive an Effective Campus Ambassadors team and tracking their monthly performance so as to have 360 Degree Presence & Brand visibility in each and every college of the assigned territory.  Increase the Market Share by effectively using Sales techniques and ensuring maximum learners acquisition on the platform.  Ensure High Volume of Daily Transactions from the assigned region.  Monitoring of Competition Activities in the assigned region. D. Education and Experience Necessary Qualification / Skill / Certification  Graduation  Sound knowledge / understanding of EdTech products and services in the Medical education space. Necessary Experience and Exposure  Experience of 2-6 years in a IC Roles in Edtech  1+ years should be direct selling products  Exposure to B2C Marketing Function.
