Managing online marketplaces (E.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) ○ Manage marketplace billing & reconciliations. ○ To oversee timely scheduling, dispatch, delivery and returns of all orders. ○ Manage all issues with marketplaces regarding order scheduling, dispatch, delivery, returns, refunds, and billing. ○ Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement of any fee claims. 2. Management of Company E-store ○ Oversee inventory management on E-store. ○ Oversee and manage any issues with order delivery. ○ Resolve any issues with the help of the E-store platform help centre. ○ Resolve issues with the payment gateway if any. ○ Manage website platform, payment gateway billing & reconciliation. 3. Customer Care Management: ○ Manage inbound leads and clients. ○ Manage complaints, and queries from customers. ○ Lead generation through research and outbound calls. 4. Coordinate and assist the sales team in resolving all queries within a timeframe. 5. Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports 6.
