Coordinate sales force promotions stimulating performance and produce incrementally. Assist in development and implementation process for sales force promotions. Develop support materials like brochures, flyers, scripts, videos and field communication. Research among sales force and competitors’ promotional activities. Perform as company representative for certain community and charitable events. Support Account Executives in efforts to formulate promotional packages to their clients. Identify remote appearances and conduct surveys at all potential promotion locations. Provide project status updates to Promotions Director. Support developing staff promotional ideas and coordinates photography of all special events. Develop and incorporate promotion elements in presentations to customers working with central creative group or promotions team. Develop relations with client, legal and promotions groups to execute related activites. Develop event and promotions recaps miscellaneous tasks. Lead crowds in high energy performance environment with games, dances and other family targeted activities. Supervise and perform as on site, on-mic host of events when necessary.
