Generate repair orders and reports. Communicate drivers need to service technician. Performed routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and fluid exchanges. Assist technician to perform oil change ,tire rotation,brake & radiator flushes. Handling minor & major complaints in a professional manner and work towards a solution with courtesy and tact. Report daily service statistics to management team.
