Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer

Responsibilities 

 Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including brand guidelines, social media, websites, apps, digital & ATL advertisements, and video content. 

 Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that meet clients' goals and objectives. 

 Develop UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience. 

 Pitch document and concept creation support. 

 Assess customer behaviour and develop or adapt creative concepts according to the industry/ category/ TG/ medium 

 Produce high-quality work with quick turnaround times, ensuring deadlines are met. 

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital marketing. 

 Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. 

 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.

Requirements 

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 

 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency. 

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design platforms. 

 Experience with UI/UX design and creating user-friendly interfaces
