Job Description:

Security agreements, contractors agreement
Monitor Canteen, Security and Housekeeping activities.
Monitor shift arrangement, transportation, travel arrangement.
Coordinating with contractors for supply of contract workers on daily basis.
Preparing Manpower report on daily basis.
Checking and processing of vendor/supplier/ contractors bills on monthly basis after checking
the statutory payments.
Taking care of welfare activities like providing uniforms, shoes, medical facilities, conducting
annual health checkups etc.
Providing Medical insurance cover under company’s medical insurance policy.
Conduct Safety committee & Canteen committee meeting at the plant and implemented
various requirements and suggestions.
RELIEVING FORMALITIES:
Issue the No Due Certificates, Conduct exit Interviews and analyze & interpret the
outcome to ascertain reasons for attrition and for improving the existing systems.
Oversee relieving formalities and preparation of full and final settlement.
Issue of relieving orders & experience letters.
