Responsibilities:


∙Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market
presence.
∙Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, independent jewellery
retailers, wholesalers, and Chain stores.
∙Build and maintain a strong B2B sales order pipeline, focusing on long-term
relationships with jewellery retailers.
∙Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.
∙Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
business growth and share details to product development team.
∙Collaborate with Product development team to develop new product for respective
clients.
∙Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments
and servicing for all orders received and processed.
∙Exhibit at trade shows, manage company and associate booths, and generate
leads to expand the client base.
∙Build and maintain a proper database of jewellers and follow the processes of the
sales pipeline.
∙Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer
feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
∙Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the gem and jewellery B2B business.
∙Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and efficient operations
management.

Skills:

∙B2B sales and marketing expertise.
∙Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∙Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends.
∙Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
∙Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
