JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1 Press Shop and Weld shop Production planning & execution with respect to schedule
2 Raw material planning for covering of schedules.
3 Customer Complaint
4 Cost Saving Through Yield Improvement In Sheet Metal Press Parts
5 Maintain inventory level as per norms.
6 Rejection and waste reduction.
7 Employee development through training
8 5’s & Kaizen implementation in production department
9 My Machine Campaign.
10 Study & action plans for eliminations of unwanted operation, movements.
11 Maintain cleanness and Housekeeping and safety as per policy.
12 Preparation & presentation of Management Information System.
SAP PP module GO LIVE and make all master data like BOM , MATERIAL MASTER ,WORK CENTRE ,
ROUTING,PRODUCTION VERSION
ANALYSIS OF VARIOUS POINTS
 Stroke per man-days.
