Position Overview: The Senior Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and practices, and be adept at working collaboratively with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Job description  1 ) Preparation of GST Returns (GSTR 3B,GSTR 1,GSTR 2A Reconciliation and GSTR 9 in Annual Return )  2 ) Preparation and filing of TDS returns (TDS Payments upto TDS return filing and Compilation of T.D.S. related transactions)  3 ) Day to day entries in tally  4) Bank reconciliation in tally  5 ) Reconciliation of Accounts ( Debtors / Creditors / Banks )  6 ) Accounting Day to Day Journal Entry, Sales, Purchase, Bank Entries,  7) Prepare Profit and Loss Statement  8) Cash Flow Management  9) Revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.  10 ) Knowledge on Statutory compliance Key Responsibilities:  Financial Management: Oversee and manage all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.  Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.  Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Track expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to financial plans and objectives.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement recommended improvements.  Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records.  Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and efficiency.  Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows.  Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and readily accessible for review. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.  Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in a similar role.  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
