Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Educate customers about the features and benefits of Gagan Toor Dal products. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
