Job Description: Area Sales Manager/ Sales Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales
efforts within the luxury automobile sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of the luxury market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record
in sales performance. This role is critical in expanding our market presence and ensuring the
achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
targets.
o Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within
the luxury automobile segment.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the
competitive landscape.
2. Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high
performance and motivation.
o Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team’s
skills and product knowledge.
o Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous
improvement.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and
corporate clients.
o Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales
process.
o Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and
promptness.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to
senior management.

o Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data effectively.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with
promotional activities and product launches.
o Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
post-purchase.
6. Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in
all sales activities.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a
plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the luxury automobile
industry.
