Responsibilities
1. Sales
Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
- targets.
- Identify new business
opportunities and expand the customer base within
- the luxury automobile segment.
- Analyze market trends and
competitor activities to stay ahead in the
- competitive landscape.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team
of sales professionals to ensure high
- performance and motivation.
- Conduct regular training and
development sessions to enhance the team’s
- skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and
provide feedback for continuous
- improvement.
3. Customer Relationship
Management:
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with high-net-worth individuals and
- corporate clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer
service and satisfaction throughout the sales
- process.
- Handle client queries,
concerns, and feedback with professionalism and
- promptness.
4. Sales Reporting and
Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales
reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to
- senior management.
- Track key performance
indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to
- meet goals.

CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data effectively
