Major Duties & Responsibilities:  Responsible for In-house End-To-End Recruitment  Source and screen relevant candidates by using databases, social media etc. and close the position within the timeframe.  Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HOD for review.  Responsible for HR Administration and documentation.  Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.  Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & and development initiatives.  Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees  Provide support to employees’ queries and grievances.  Handling administration of all contract labour.  Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.  Assisting in Induction & Orientation.  Responsible for time office management.  Responsible for housekeeping management.  Responsible for Vendor Management.  Responsible for employee engagement activities ensuring new initiatives as per market standards.  Any other task as given by HOD.

Required Skill Set:  Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
