Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales and Revenue Generation:

o   Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.

o   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

o   Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

2.      Customer Relationship Management:

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

o   Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

o   Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3.      Sales Activities:

o   Plan and execute sales activities, including cold calling, sales visits (20-25 per day), product demonstrations, and presentations.

o   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

o   Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.

4.      Reporting and Documentation:

o   Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.

o   Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and customer information.

5.      Collaboration and Teamwork:

o   Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

o   Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

o   Share best practices and provide support to team members to enhance overall team performance.

6.      Compliance and Ethics:

o   Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

o   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
