We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Chennai team. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving growth in a
competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and
expand the customer base.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure
high performance and achieve sales goals.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through various channels,
including direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and
opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior
management on sales trends and forecasts.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations,
and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in
the financial services sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive
sales and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and an understanding of gold
loan products and market dynamics.
Others: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market
