3. Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication across all levels.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the results.
4. Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
