Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies for organic channels: content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO.
    • Use various tools to analyze data and create reports to track growth and performance.
  • KPI Definition and Tracking
    • Define the right KPIs for lead generation and traffic growth.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of all organic marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide strong leadership to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous learning and development.
  • Budget Management
    • Create and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenses to meet budgetary goals and optimize spending.
  • Technical Expertise and Automation
    • Leverage a strong understanding of technology to enhance marketing efforts.
    • Experience with automation of marketing tools such as Zoho, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    • Optimize the use of these tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Funnel Management
    • Manage the leads funnel from acquisition to conversion, ensuring a seamless process.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and handed off for follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Top Management
    • Work closely with the sales team and top management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration to drive overall business growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of organic growth.
    • Prior experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing team.
    • Majority of the experience should be in working with an IT Services organization
    • Preferred to have worked on website which has more than 100,000 monthly visitors
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Expertise in developing and implementing strategies across content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO.
    • Proficiency in using analytics and marketing automation tools such as Zoho, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Experience in budget creation and management.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and executive management.
