Job Description: 

 Responsibilities: 

Facility Operations: 

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

 ● Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure all areas are serviced regularly. 

● Monitor and manage building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security. Client Relationship Management: ● Serve as the main point of contact for our clients regarding facility-related issues and concerns.

 ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly. 

● Conduct regular walk-throughs and inspections to ensure client satisfaction with the facility. Maintenance and Repairs: ● Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and effective solutions. 

● Work with external vendors and contractors to perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. 

● Maintain a log of maintenance activities and track performance against service level agreements (SLAs). Safety and Compliance: 

● Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations. ● Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure a safe working environment.

 ● Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Budget Management: 

● Manage the facility budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. ● Track and report on expenses related to maintenance and facility operations. 

● Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce expenses. Space Management: 

● Manage the allocation and utilisation of office space to ensure optimal use. 

● Plan and coordinate office moves and space reconfigurations as needed. 

● Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office furniture and equ

ipment. Client Onboarding and Support: 

● Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are familiar with the facility and its amenities. 

● Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any facility-related issues or concerns. Reporting and Analysis: 

● Provide regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and client satisfaction.

 ● Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in facility management.
