The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of real estate projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:  Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints for real estate projects.  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.  Incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions into projects.  Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.  Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.  Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and visualization.  Assist in selecting materials and managing the construction process. Qualifications and Skills:  Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.  2 to 4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate or construction.  Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other architectural tools.  Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.  Excellent design and visualization skills.  Good communication and presentation skills.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
