Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clothes Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing our clothing line, engaging with customers, and driving sales through effective promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Clothing Lines: Actively engage with customers to showcase and promote our clothing collections both in-store and online.
• Customer Interaction: Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and social media strategies.
• Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising to create attractive displays that highlight our products.
• Sales Tracking: Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and product performance.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in fashion, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or fashion promotion preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for fashion and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
