Experience 4-5 years of Client Facing Startup Investment Banking Role with Deal Execution and Business Development

Professional Qualification CA/MBA 

Role · Work on transactions across stages from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure – preferred Series A and Series B transactions 

·Activelylead/participateinidentifyingandsourcingpotentialleads– companiesandinvestors · Managingateamforpreparationofinformationmemorandum,managementpr esentations, marketing pitches and other information 

·Clientmanagementincludingbuildingrelationshipswithcompaniesandinvestor s

· Manage execution of several projects simultaneously with a team of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs 

SkillSets Candidate should have the following: · Goodcommunicationskillstobeabletotailorandcommunicateofferingsof –startup advisory to prospective clients

· Build on current clientrelationshipsandhandle on-site client meetings.
