Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Trainee who can deliver exceptional customer service while managing the training and development of sales staff. The candidate will play a key role in improving branch productivity through effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for the team.
Design and implement training curriculum within set timelines.
Produce both physical and digital educational materials.
Onboard new hires to the organization, ensuring they understand processes and goals.
Coordinate performance review sessions with individuals and teams to discuss strengths and areas for improvement.
Monitor and track training objectives, ensuring results are in line with targets.
Collect feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve the training programs.
Report on the overall impact of training efforts to leadership.
Conduct product training sessions for branch staff at the Regional Learning Center.
Collaborate with regional leadership to boost the productivity of branches.
Travel to branches that require special attention to address productivity challenges.
Participate in periodic training programs organized for trainers to stay updated on training methodologies.
Skills Required:
Proven work experience in Customer Service or Sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage full training cycles, including in-person sessions and web-based learning.
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to solving training and performance-related issues.
Travel:
