 Experience Diploma with 5 to 10 Yrs. / ITI with more than 10 Yrs.

 Industry Background Textile/ Polymer / POLYESTER

 Job Description and Role & Responsibility 

1. Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like ccompressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants & Water planetc.… 

2. Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machinescontinuous polymerization (CP) & Water Plants operations with maintenance gadvantage and is highly preferred.

 3. Should have good experience in administration of departmental activities andhandling group of peoples.

 4. Selected shift incharge/engineer will read to working by own hand 

5. Candidate having experience in polyester operations and project field is goodadvantage and is highly preferred. 

6. Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, thinking outside the boxleads to novel solutions that increase performance, efficiency, and revenue

 7. Strong teamworking skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or mteams and projects 8.Working collaboratively with design engineers, consultants, operation enginepurchasers, and other internal staff. 

9.Reviews technical documentation and requirements like GA,SLD, technical, Clogic, Specifications, BOM lists, installation and commissioning guide lines

 10.Hands on experience of installation & commissioning of all utility's equipme

● Writing Reports and documentation. 

● Programming and minor modifications/customization 

● IMS implementation and documentation 

● Understand plant utility distribution system, process drawing (Process interlodrawing -PID) 

●Should have knowledge of repair & testing of utility equipment's. 

● Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plantsequipment's. 

● Design, implement, and improve utility facilities and systems for industrial.

 ● Ensure the shift is adequately staffed.
