JOB PROFILE:

 >> Interact with prospective customers . 

>> Handle the qeries of the customers. 

>> Customer support and maintaining cordial relation with prompt after sales service 

>> Coordinate with internal stakeholders to bring customer queries/complaints to resolution. 

>> Maintain records and provide relevant reports as necessary. 

>> Complaint Management: The complete process from receiving to resolving. 

 >> Confirm and achieve customer satisfaction. 


EXPERIENCE & SKILL 

>> Similar experience of 3-5 years in Customer Care & Customer Handling. 

>> Good in verbal & written communication [English, Hindi, Gujarati]. 

>> Ready to travel within city & other cities for branding activities. 

>> Influencing personality. 

>> Good convincing ability.
