Position : Loan Manager- Gold Loans

 

Cluster wise locations:

 

Chennai (Kodambakkam): 15 

Surat: Varachha and Adajan - 2

Pune (Katraj & Swargate): East, South and Central - 5

Mumbai: South (Dadar), Central (Thane), West (Andheri) - 15

Delhi: Central, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad - 5

Indore (LIG Road) - 2

Lucknow - 2

 

All Office Locations: Delhi, Indore, Mumbai, Surat, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Responsibilities:
· Sourcing/Acquisition of Gold loan Customers at Customer Doorsteps
· Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
· Appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers doorstep
· Travel within assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process.
· Generating leads through existing Customers/databases.
· Responsible for Productivity and Revenue Generation

 

Mandatory requirement- Two wheeler, local candidate and knows Gold Appraising

What we're looking for:
1. Graduate with Min of 1-year Gold Valuation/Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.
2. Good Sales Skill
3. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory/cluster
4. Must be willing to meet customers at doorstep & provide door to door services to customers.

CTC Range: 2.95 LPA- 4.5 LPA
