1. Must have exposure of handling the After sales for PAN India location as a head.
2. Maintain communication with management to ensure marketing activities aligned with business goals.
3. Strong knowledge of EV vehicles specifications.
4. Skilled in workshop operations, Principal warranty,service and Spare Parts contracts.
5. Adept in generation of revenue through sale of service and parts.
6. Monitoring the performance level of the service staff for ensuring superior customer service and accomplishment of service targets.
7. Extensive knowledge of all the process and system in automotive / EV industry,
8. Directing the team in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent Turn Around Time (TAT) for delivery and Service quality norms.
9. Providing guidance in after sales support where solution, technical support and troubleshooting are required.
10. Conceiving and implementing promotional programs like events , Publicity campaigns ,free service camps etc.
11. Development of service network by developing authorized service centre ( ASC ) with Service setup and implementation .
12. Competitor product , (Test ride the product, Nature of complaints, USP and
