Job Description:

Sales Executive / Sales Representative

 Job location – Indore , Bhopal, Gwalior 

Interview Process - F2F Round 

Interview Location - Indore 

Detailed Role & responsibilities): Sales Focus: 

 Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts 

 Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services Customer Focus: Primary & Secondary 

 Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers. 

 Team Lead 

 Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 

 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visits.  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

.  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 

 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. 

 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 

 Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock. 

 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system 

Qualification/Experience/Competencies:  Educational qualifications Graduate/PG 

 Experience required 3+ Years 

 Competencies/skills 

 Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry or related field. 

 Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.  Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.  Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
