Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Android Developer to design, develop,
and maintain high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend
engineers, to deliver top-notch Android apps. The ideal candidate has a passion
for creating clean and efficient code and keeps up with the latest mobile
technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android
platform using Kotlin/Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define,
design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs, such as
RESTful APIs and JSON.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of
applications.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, optimize application
performance, and improve app usability.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new
technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following
best practices.
Test code for robustness, including edge cases,
usability, and general reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development
trends, libraries, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team
members (if applicable).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Android developer (minimum [X]
years) with a portfolio of released applications in the Google Play Store.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other
development tools.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles,
patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with Android architecture components such
as ViewModel, LiveData, and Room Database.
Experience with mobile databases and offline storage
(e.g., SQLite, Room).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work
independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Jetpack Compose.
Knowledge of cloud services such as Firebase or AWS.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools for automated
testing and deployment.
Experience with push notifications and third-party
libraries like Google Maps or Payment SDKs.
Understanding of Material Design guidelines.
