  Candidate should be from Accounts and Finance Profile with 15+Yr Experience Responsible Entire Finance Function, IT and Stores  MIS to all JV Partners, Handling queries from StakeholdersMIS.  Budgeting, Capex Management, Cash Management Receivables and Payables  Liaisonwith Auditors(Statutory, Transfer Pricing and Internal)  All Statutory Compliances (Direct, Indirect and Secretarial)  Presenting Reports to the Board on Quarterly and Annual basis  Tax Assessment, GST Compliances  Expat Taxation
