  • Job Description :
    Responsibilities: 1. Develop and on-board new dealers/distributors/ channel partner 2. Own overall relationship with assigned dealers/distributors/ channel partners and ensuring high levels of satisfaction 3. Responsible for meeting primary and secondary sales targets 4. Support in organizing sales visits for existing leads along with partners, identifying the selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients and partner network. 5. Enable and support dealers to achieve their sales targets 6. Daily Reporting of sales activities 7. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending and upselling solutions; building trust and rapport with clients while identifying areas of opportunity 8. Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals 9. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints 10. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and policy. 11. Develop broader pipeline conversion strategies in order to maximise results from leads generated by the marketing team. 12. Provide full support for data management & back-end operations 13. Coordinate with back-end / commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel 14. Enabling on-ground marketing events 15. Building and maintaining a CRM database. 16. Participating in sales team meetings.
