Role:- • Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performance team of software test developers • Design, review and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, and strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates • Designing / implementing sustainable and re-usable testing frameworks • Define quality metrics, work with stakeholders to ensure quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon • Communicate product status, key issues, and insights to key constituents across the organisation, including the executive team. • Review user found defects and continue to enhance and improve testing methodology and fill gaps in testing as needed • Create, maintain and be hands on test automation strategies/processes.
