Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining thecause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution 5. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments 6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information 7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 8. Adherence to the overall process & compliance 9. Delivering a comprehensive customer service experience to our customers 10.
