Job Description:

Job Purpose:To provide day to day HR support and contribute to the long‐termdevelopment of the HR function in the areas ofrecruitment, development and growth as well as Office Administration.Duties and responsibilities:Working hours from 8 am to 5.45 pm, Mon to Fri at our Andheri West,Laxmi Plaza officeCompany will provide training on salary processing, staff appraisals,performance management.Administration :1. Supervise and manage the peon and cleaning lady2. Liaise with visitors to office3. Liaise with Chartered Account to get CA staff to update Ledgers in Tallysoftware4. Manage AC, pest prevention AMC contracts, book flight tickets, applyvisas, laise with banks, obtainsupplies for pantry, manage petty cash and keep track of expenses andbill payments, answer telephonecalls.5. General filing of documents6. Taking care of fixed assets – furniture and computer equipment etc.7. Provide space and backup reports of specific serversHuman Resource :1. Provide all recruitment administration support2. Ensure new joiner record checks are carried out fully and in a timelymanner3. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joininginstructions and induction4. Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers,explaining policies and procedures in atimely and effective manner5. Handle all leave processes and queries6. Handle health and safety processes and queries7. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures8. Administer the performance management system9. Provide data for and prepare management information reports10. Payroll processing11. Manage the absence recording system12. Manage the holiday recording system13. Administer the probationary review periods14. Manage the leave administration process
