Position: - Hub Manager (Secured/Unsecured Loan) Roles and Responsibilities: -  Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.  Driving business through aggregators like CA‘s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.  Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.  Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.  Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.  Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities Key Skills: - Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Good presentation skills. Have strong leadership skills. The candidate with experience in the loan industry Knowledge of local language.
