JD for Sales Officer

Job responsibilities:

• Managing team of 2-4 sales representatives & helping them in daily work.
• Handling the distributors & their orders.
• Motivating old distributors to continue & increase their orders
• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
• Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers  Acquiring new distributors in the given territory.
• Handling distributor queries & resolve them on time.
• Checking the team’s target & whether they are working to achieve the same.
• Experience – 3-5 yrs in similar role
• Salary – 25k to 35k plus allowances (salary could be negotiated for an extra ordinary candidate)
