Duties & Responsibilities:
● Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target
● Ensuring service is properly provided to all the Dealers.
● Visiting Architects, to help Dealers achieve secondary sales.
● Should Have Minimum 7 Architects and 5 Contractors as their Key Accounts.
● Achieve minimum 30% of Secondary Sales with the team of the primary sales target.
● Educating about our Product to Architects, Dealers, Government, etc.
● Getting our Company’s name approved in tenders as one of the approved makes and also making sure that all the
approved names are as per suggested by Durian.
● Handling a team of 2-4 People.
● Suggesting the required modifications. Giving Presentations about our company & the various products
manufactured by us.
● Ensuring full Transparency between all Dealers, Salesperson and the Company.
● Ensuring that all leads are properly followed and try to continuously increase the conversion rate. Minimum 30% of
Conversion rate has to be achieved from Online Leads.
● To ensure that no Dealer is overstuffed with stock i.e. they should not have more than 2 Months of their average
monthly sales.
● To ensure that all payments are received in a timely manner i.e. as per the terms of Payment agreed.
● Ensuring that himself and his team regularly and timely provides the information required for MIS
● Negotiations follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified -
● Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.
● Training Sales Person to sell better and about our products
● Get trained in all of the company’s relevant products and clearly understand their individual USP’s
