Audit and Assurance:

Financial Analysis and Decision Support:

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management,
preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and
advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), tax regulations,
and financial reporting.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
