Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Design and Technical Support:

    • Review and interpret HVAC design specifications and drawings.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
    • Select appropriate HVAC equipment and materials based on project requirements.
  • Installation and Supervision:

    • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during installation.
  • Testing and Commissioning:

    • Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on system performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing.
  • Project Management:

    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
    • Manage project budgets and control costs.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
    • Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
