 Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using ASP.NET for backend and React for frontend.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that align with project requirements and deadlines.  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and company standards.  Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.  Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing applications.  Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.  Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.  Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with the design team to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces.  Write and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.  Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full stack development.
