Execution of day-to-day recruitment activities, Interview Scheduling, sourcing, liaising with
the candidates, hiring partners and the stakeholders, Data Management· Develop training and induction process.· Responsible for the on-boarding & off-boarding process.· Leave and attendance management.· Generating offer letters.· Responsible for Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC & Gratuity etc.· Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media,and employees· Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process· Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping· Maintaining MIS· Coordination with the departments.· Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plansand implementation· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
