- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding pending orders, payments, or deliveries.
Market Awareness & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in ethnic wear and fabrics used in the Indian garment industry.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the latest collections and best-selling items.
Sales Targets & Performance:
- Work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client orders, sales, and communication in Google Sheets and other CRM tools.
Multitasking & Client Management:
- Manage multiple client inquiries, meetings, and transactions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Offer personalized sales experiences to clients over video calls or in-person meetings as required.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction.
