• Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of the products.
• Answering calls and resolving queries about products or company.
• Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
• Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
• Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.
• Keep a track of all associations and plan promotional activities.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry
trends, market activities, and competitors.
• File all the Records as per the filing and documentations procedure.
• Product knowledge of all products.

• Experience in Education Sales
• Experience in Tele-Sales
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Knowledge of Astronomy & Space Science
