Job Description:

Functional Area: Customer Relation Management

Knowledge/Skills Required: Good written verbal communication for communicating with visitors and clients as and when required. 

Job Role: 1. Preparation Daily Pendency Reports, Reefer Inventory Report, Import & Export 24 hrs & 12 Hrs Report.

2. Daily coordination with customer and updates on daily delivery plan to get it from customer.

3. Coordinating with customer to get the details of New Job Order.

4. Invoice Generation.

5. Regular coordination and communication with customers, Internal Departments.

6. Should have knowledge of shipping line process.

7. Should have knowledge of types of customer reports. 

8. Should have knowledge of Bond & LOI, EIR Copy, ENBLOCK.

9. Knowledge of Operations processes between Port & CFS.
