130 years. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager for our Gold Loan division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in gold loan sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and achieving business targets. You will be responsible for managing and growing the gold loan portfolio, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team to meet ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities:  Sales Target Achievement: Drive the sales targets for the Gold Loan business by developing and executing strategic sales plans.  Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and field agents to maximize performance.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities, expand customer base, and grow the market share in assigned regions.  Performance Tracking: Monitor and review the team’s sales performance regularly, providing guidance and training to improve results.  Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards. Prepare and present regular sales reports and market analysis to senior management.  Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to effectively pitch and close sales. Key Requirements:  Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the Gold Loan or financial services industry.  Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team.  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.  Result-Oriented: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.  Location: Candidates should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
