Kiko Live is looking for a highly motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is centered around managing seller and inter-Network Participant (NP) settlements in the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dispute resolution, maintaining comprehensive payment and invoice records, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions between network participants.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Settlement Management:

Handle and process settlements between sellers and other Network Participants within the ONDC framework, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Payment Tracking & Record Maintenance:

Maintain detailed records of all payment transactions, invoices, and settlements to ensure data accuracy and easy access for financial reviews and audits.

Dispute Management:

Monitor and manage financial disputes between sellers and Network Participants. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently and accurately.

Reconciliation of Transactions:

Conduct regular reconciliation of all financial transactions between Network Participants, identifying discrepancies and ensuring that records align with payments made and received.

 

 

 

Report Generation:

Prepare detailed financial reports regarding settlements, payments, and disputes. Present these reports to management and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.

Compliance & Accuracy:

Ensure that all settlement and payment processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accuracy and integrity in all financial data and processes.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Proven experience in a financial role, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or a digital commerce platform.

Strong understanding of payment reconciliation processes and financial settlements.

Experience in managing disputes and settlements within complex frameworks (experience with ONDC is a plus).

Proficiency in financial software and tools, MS Office, MIS

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with or understanding the ONDC framework.

Familiarity with e-commerce seller platforms and inter-participant transactions.
