Job Description:

Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality are maintained for all employee records.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:

    • Plan and implement programs to engage employees and improve retention.
    • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition, and feedback surveys.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:

    • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in the workplace.
