Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold
calling, online platforms, and property exhibitions.
- Convert leads into prospective buyers by showcasing
property options and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand the client's needs and preferences and
provide tailored property solutions to match their requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential
buyers, providing comprehensive information about the property and
answering any queries.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company
to reach agreements that are favorable for both parties.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to
finalizing the sale, ensuring a seamless transaction.
- Assist clients in understanding the legal and financial
aspects of the transaction, and guide them through the necessary
paperwork.
- Stay up to date with property market trends, pricing,
and competitors in the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring
long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales
activities, leads, and client interactions to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate / Any Graduate
- 3 + years of sales experience, preferably in the real
estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and
property regulations.
