Job Description: SEO and Google Ads Specialist Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: 2+ years Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: 1. Google Ads Management: o Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and YouTube. o Analyze performance data to ensure campaigns achieve objectives such as ROI, CTR, and CPA. o Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting. o Monitor ad spend and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns. o Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features and industry trends. 2. SEO Optimization: o Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords for content optimization. o Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to improve organic rankings. o Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic. o Monitor and improve website health using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. o Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and implement improvement plans. 3. Analytics and Reporting: o Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. o Prepare monthly reports showcasing progress in both paid and organic channels. 4. Collaboration: o Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to align efforts across channels. o Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven track record of running and optimizing over 100 Google Ads campaigns. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics. • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. • Expertise in keyword research, bid strategies, and budget optimization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus. • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is advantageous.
