Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce telecom products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Maintain a high call volume and achieve daily/weekly outreach targets.
Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and initiate conversations. Sales & Relationship Building
Present telecom solutions to prospects and address their business needs.
Build rapport with clients through effective communication and persuasion.
Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations to further engage prospects.
Close sales by addressing objections and negotiating terms effectively. Market Research & Strategy Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer base.
Maintain knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry developments. Administrative & Reporting
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information on leads, calls, and followups.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
