Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 Cold Calling & Lead Generation 

 Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce telecom products and services. 

 Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods. 

 Maintain a high call volume and achieve daily/weekly outreach targets. 

 Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and initiate conversations. Sales & Relationship Building

  Present telecom solutions to prospects and address their business needs. 

 Build rapport with clients through effective communication and persuasion. 

 Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations to further engage prospects. 

 Close sales by addressing objections and negotiating terms effectively. Market Research & Strategy  Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities. 

 Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer base. 

 Maintain knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry developments. Administrative & Reporting 

 Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information on leads, calls, and followups.

  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 

 Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align strategies.
